A Spin Wheel (also called a wheel of names, wheel spinner, or random name picker) is a free, browser-based tool that selects one option at random from a list. You enter names, choices, or prizes, hit Spin, and an animated wheel with a top pointer slows down to reveal a fair winner. Each result is generated with cryptographically secure randomness from the Web Crypto API, so every entry has an equal chance of being chosen. The tool also lets you shuffle and sort the list, automatically remove winners for consecutive raffle draws, and review a history of recent results — all running entirely in your browser with no data sent anywhere.

How to Use the Spin Wheel
- Enter your entries: In the Entries box on the right, type one name, option, or prize per line. Blank lines are ignored automatically, and the item count updates live.
- Shuffle or sort (optional): Click Shuffle to randomize the segment order with cryptographically secure randomness, or Sort to arrange entries alphabetically before spinning.
- Spin the wheel: Click the Spin button. The wheel accelerates and decelerates with a smooth animation, then the top pointer lands on the winning entry. Each spin uses the Web Crypto API for a fair, unbiased result.
- Review, copy, or remove the winner: The winner appears below the wheel and is added to the History list. Tick Remove winner before spinning to run consecutive raffle draws without repeats, and use Copy to export the entries list.
