Where are my notes stored?
All notes are saved locally in your browser using localStorage. They never leave your device and are not sent to any server. Clearing your browser data will remove them.
Do I need to create an account?
No. There is no signup, login, or account. Just open the page and start writing — your notes persist in this browser automatically.
Will my notes sync across devices?
No. Because notes live only in this browser, they do not sync to other devices. To move a note, use the Copy or Download as .txt feature and paste it on the other device.
Is there a limit on the number or size of notes?
You can create up to 50 notes, each up to roughly 100 KB of text. These limits keep the tool fast and within typical localStorage quotas (usually 5–10 MB per site).
