Frequently Asked Questions
What is a Tabata interval?
Classic Tabata is eight rounds of 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest, often with a short prepare countdown first. This preset matches that 20/10 pattern.
Why is there no rest after the last round?
The rest phase sits between work intervals. After the final work interval the session ends so you are not waiting on a rest you no longer need.
Does this play sound if my phone is silent?
Beeps use the Web Audio API in this tab. If the browser or OS blocks audio, enable sound for the page or use the visual phase labels and progress bars.
Is any workout data uploaded?
No. Durations, rounds, and audio stay in your browser. There is no account and no server-side timer.
