What is Email Signature Generator?
The Email Signature Generator is a free online tool that builds a professional HTML email signature from your name, title, company, contact details, photo URL, and social links. It outputs table-based inline CSS you can paste into Gmail or Outlook, entirely in your browser.
Key Benefits
- Consistent branded signatures without a design tool or paid signature SaaS
- Layouts that survive Gmail and Outlook because they use tables, not flexbox
- Clickable phone, email, website, and social links from a single form
- Works offline with no account and no upload of your contact details
Common Use Cases
- β’Rolling out a company-wide Gmail signature for a small team
- β’Adding a LinkedIn link and headshot to a personal Outlook signature
- β’Including a short confidentiality disclaimer under contact details
- β’Downloading an HTML file to share the same signature with colleagues
